The drums are made from Finnish reindeer leather and birch plywood.
The tunable drum's strong surface is water-stained, and the birch plywood frame is treated with natural wood wax.
The drum comes with the wet-felted sheep wool drumstick shown in the picture, which was made specifically for this drum. Drum care instructions are also included.
The excellence of the tunable drum is that it is easy to tune with an air pump. There is a bicycle inner tube between the leather and the frame, with the valve inside the frame.
